Having launched Ambimization 3 years ago, it is now being used in the paint, ink and automotive industries such as Fujifilm, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover. The company is now positioned to roll out Ambimization globally, we are looking to develop the team to deliver on the businesses Ambimization growth strategy.
The role

This role would ideally suit a candidate that is an aspiring supervisor, looking to grow within the business and to gradually take on more responsibility.
You will be working in the Operations department and reporting to the production Manager. Normal hours are 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Production, Warehouse and Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including preparing fluids for the service team and managing goods in and out.
- Support production-related tasks such as decanting and labeling fluids, ensuring accurate stock management, and performing data entry as required.
- Accompany the service team on site visits, providing assistance and contributing to the successful completion of projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and stock areas, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate forklift equipment to assist in the movement and handling of materials and supplies.
- Facilitate site deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods.
- Perform thorough checks and cleaning of items prior to their dispatch to sites, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance of tooling and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
- Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations to promote a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace, following established protocols for cleanliness and tidiness.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK manual driver’s license
Desired Characteristics
- Experience working in a chemical, manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Forklift licence highly desirable.
- Confident driver.
