Westone Housing is Nationwide Building contractor, experienced across various construction sectors, our recent expansion within our public sector department has led to us requiring to expand our team and recruit for new Installers.
Currently we have multiple long-term contracts which require servicing, with a fair & transparent approach, whilst offering competitive rates of pay, our company is passionate about delivering the best possible service and product to the client base, whilst looking after our workforce.
All materials are provided to complete the projects and can be either collected from our depot or delivered directly to site.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, driven and passionate self-employed multi-trades (Bathroom & Kitchen Fitters), who has experience in adapting bathrooms to accessible wet rooms & installing kitchens to join our growing team.
Our company provides a straightforward method of work, with great work/life balance. All trades are supported by an experienced office team and will report directly into an assigned project manager who will regularly attend site and be available to always discuss projects, allowing you to focus on the job at hand.
About you:
Plumbing background of 3 years+ experience, along with experience in tiling, plaster patching, joinery, and welded vinyl floor laying (although training on the floor laying can be provided for the right candidates).
Experience:
- Bathroom/Wet Room Installs: 3 years (preferred)
- Wet floor shower installs including Altro flooring: 3 years (preferred)
- Tiling: 3 years (preferred)
- Aqua Panel Installation
- Basic understanding of electrics (Preferred)
- Non-License Asbestos Removal trained (Preferred)
