Job Title: Head of Pay and Reward

Location: Kings Meadow Campus, Nottingham.

Salary: £54,949 to £79,814 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent. We are offering hybrid working arrangements, with a blended approach of home and office working. Job share arrangements may be considered.

Reporting to the Director of HR Digital, Systems and Services, your role will be to lead the development of our future direction on pay, reward and recognition, helping to position the university as an employer of choice by ensuring the university has attractive and competitive pay and reward frameworks in place.

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have current and expert knowledge and experience of pay, reward and recognition. Acting as the expert in this area for the university, you will provide support and guidance on all aspects of pay, reward and recognition to support the aims in the university strategy.

You will be able to draw on your experience working in a senior role within a large and complex organisation. You will have excellent organisation and planning skills and have successfully led change programmes. You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to build and manage relationships effectively at all levels across the university.

You will need to have a degree or equivalent experience. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of successfully leading a team.
