Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £23-25,000 per annum
Job Type: 37.5 hours per week.
Outspoken Training is one of the biggest providers of progressive, life-changing and fun cycle training throughout England, predominately working with local authorities and local businesses to increase cycling levels. We have a dedicate team who make it their mission to demonstrate the life is better by bike!

The role:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, people person with a track record of coordinating a variety of courses/events to help us realise our ambition to create better communities to live in across the country.
- We need an employee who thrives on having responsibility and ownership for their work.
- They must be able to integrate themselves into a close-knit team and be able to communicate clearly and passionately.
The Candidate:
- You will need to share our ethos and enthusiasm for cycling driven by your ambition to coordinate life-changing work.
- You must be a strong communicator to act as a first point of contact for clients, schools/organisations and instructors.
- Through written and verbal communication, you will need to express our enthusiasm and commitment to helping more people to cycle whilst equipping customers with the knowledge to ensure services are successful.
- The role is varied so candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their organisation and attention to detail skills and enjoy juggling different tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Process school Bikeability bookings to ensure we meet contract targets
- Liaise with businesses and individuals to book and coordinate delivery of cycle training services
- Maintain records of communication and paperwork relating to all training courses
- Collate feedback and information on delivery performance to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Support staff by ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to run courses effectively Report promptly to the Operations Manager.
