Job Title: Support Worker – Brain Injury Support Worker

Location: South Liverpool

Salary: £12 per hour and a sleep-in rate £10.42 per hour.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent.

What you need:

  • 12 months experience in a professional care role
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Knowledge of brain injury, although training is provided
  • A level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care Diploma (preferred not essential)
  • Car driver (preferred not essential)

Positions available:

South Liverpool – our client requires support from 2 support workers – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The rota is based on day shifts (8am – 8pm), 24-hour shifts (8am – 8am with sleep) and waking night shifts (8pm – 8am).

You will support the client to achieve their personal and rehabilitative goals, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

The role involves supporting our client at home and to access the community, such as medical appointments, social activities, holidays etc. There is a minimal amount of personal care required.

You will be expected to respect our client’s dignity, confidentiality and privacy. In addition, you will complete records accurately and follow the support plan.

Holywell – Our client requires support from 1 support worker for 6 hours a day, Monday – Friday. Typically, the shifts are 9am – 3pm but some flexibility is required. You will support the client to achieve their personal and rehabilitative goals, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

The role involves supporting our client at home and to access the community, such as medical appointments and social activities holidays etc.

You will be expected to respect our client’s dignity, confidentiality and privacy. In addition, you will complete records accurately and follow the support plan.
