Job Title: Graduate Trainee Surveyor
Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Salary: £25,000 + with full benefits package.

About you:
We are looking for graduates for our trainee site supervisor role. Applicants need to be based in the South East but west side of London area to cover a fairly large area of work, supporting our contracts supervisors. We are open to considering people with a broad range of degree subjects, but would love you to be able to evidence a passion for construction and an enjoyment of working outdoors as well as being able to complete paperwork either from home or in our office in Oxfordshire. You will need to be numerate with great people skills as our graduates are work directly with both our clients and our on-site surfacing gangs, so need to be able to influence both internally and externally.
The Role:
Trainee Supervisors work mostly on-site, managing surfacing gangs, working with clients to understand site restrictions and requirements, placing material orders and completing health and safety paperwork and training.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Undergraduate degree
- 5 GCSE grade C or level 5 or above (ideally including Maths and English)
- Evidence of an aptitude with numbers
- A self-motivated and reliable personality
- A full and clean driving licence
- Good communication skills
