Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / Mon-Fri
Forming part of the SYNLAB Group, Lextox are a UKAS accredited laboratory based in Cardiff. Lextox provide drug, alcohol and DNA testing services for family law cases and childcare proceedings. SYNLAB in the UK is a trusted expert in clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services.
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Cardiff on a full-time and permanent basis, with the flexibility of hybrid working. The role will undertake digital marketing activity and support for the Lextox and SYNLAB Laboratory Services Drug and Alcohol businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and thriving team where you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to own and deliver the digital and social media marketing strategy, along with developing and implementing PPC and SEO strategies within our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and updating the company’s website to ensure the accuracy of content, posting of relevant material and ensuring brand compliancy
- Analysing PPC campaigns, suggesting how to improve conversion rates
- Reviewing and analysing SEO performance, carrying out recommendations based on SEO best practices and keyword research
- Growing social media engagement through all our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Ensuring the website is always operating in line with Google algorithm updates and making the changes required for key word ranking
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience, working across the full marketing mix
- A minimum of 2 years Digital Marketing experience for SEP/PPC and social media
- Hold or be working towards a recognised marketing qualification
- Strong communication, writing and presenting skills
- A solid understanding and competency of SEO and PPC
- Experience with CRM systems
- Good IT skills
- Experience within using email platforms such as Mailchimp
