Our lawyers advise and assist business clients – companies both publicly listed and private owner-managed, from start-up to FTSE 250 – partnerships – joint ventures – trustees- institutions – high net worth individuals and family offices – on all aspects of their legal and regulatory requirements including raising finance (publicly and privately), IPOs, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and co-operation agreements.
We further advise corporate clients and individuals on their rights and obligations in the workplace. In an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment our lawyers provide clear and practical advice on the full range of employment law including grievance and disciplinary management, employee reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination and whistle-blowing in contentious and non-contentious settings.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced corporate associate to assist 4 corporate partners in:
- a range of transactional matters, spanning private M&A, capital market initial and secondary offerings, venture capital based transactions acting company and investor side;
- general corporate matters including drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association;
- preparing key ancillary documents such as disclosure letters relating to the buying and selling of business entities;
- dealing with exchange and completion formalities in a variety of transactions; and
- assisting with the general in-house legal needs of a retained client that is FCA authorised; and
- client business development and marketing.
