Flying Butler Apartment Ltd is regarded as a leading provider of serviced short-term apartments for business travellers, leisure travellers and all other types of stays. We are increasing our busy Guest Services Team.
About the role:
As a Guest Services Executive you are responsible for managing our guest’s experience from the minute they arrive until the day they leave. With several locations across London and Southeast, your day-to-day tasks are therefore varied with no two days being the same.
Your key responsibilities will include responding to guests’ needs via email or telephone, and complete daily administrative tasks. This is a full-time role, covering our working day from 8:45am till 18:00pm, with weekend and evening cover availability, dependant on business need.
Whilst apartment-industry experience is not crucial, ideally you should have a provable background in customer service, have great communication skills and have a passion for getting the best results for our guests through problem solving.
A driving licence is not essential, and additional languages are of benefit
