Job Title: Plastic Manufacturing Operative (multiple positions available)

Salary: Up to £30,000 with overtime and bonus

Sportex Group is a leading installer and maintenance provider of various Sports surfaces in the UK.
Sportex Group operate the only Synthetic Grass Recycling facility in the UK. Part of this process is the manufacture of recycled plastic boards
The role:
Sportex currently have a number of opportunities for motivated, hardworking candidates to join our team within our Plastic processing Division. Our team is expanding, and we require practically minded experienced individuals to carry out the manufacture of our plastic boards to the highest standard. Hardworking, experienced operatives with a high work ethic and commitment to quality standards of work are required to fill a number of positions immediately.
The Candidate:
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided:
- Experience of Working within a recycling facility
- Experience of plastic product manufacture
- Operation of machinery, particularly forklifts and processing machinery.
- Ability to run/manage a team of operatives.
- Experience in producing a quality manufactured product.
- Experience of adhering to the required Health and Safety Standards
- Flexibility of tasks undertaken
- Good time keeping is essential.
Competencies:
