About the role:
Joining us as a Chef de Partie at the luxury, 5 star Beaumont Hotel, you will be part of an inspiring, creative team headed by awarding-winning Executive Chef Ben Boeynaems, and will work with the finest suppliers using exceptional quality seasonal produce as sustainably sourced as possible to achieve excellent dishes within our dedicated Kitchen team.
Our successful candidate be a highly driven, ambitious, and creative Chef de Partie with strong practical experience working within a professional kitchen. You will be committed to upholding high standards and keen to continue to developing your knowledge and skills within a driven restaurant operation.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably within 5 star hospitality
- An interest in classical techniques and authentic fresh dishes
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to succeed and challenge yourself within a busy kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
- Close following of Health and Safety guidelines
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
