The Role:
This is a senior position within our Advertising team, where you will have responsibility for delivering high quality online advertising campaigns for our medium to large-sized client accounts. As the lead on accounts, you will drive performance improvement and recommend future enhancements, often delegating to and organising a client sub-team to get the job done. You’ll work closely with our Client Services team, but the role has a client-facing element as you help to build strong and lasting stakeholder relationships.
This role reports to our Head of Advertising or a Group Advertising Strategist, but you will also work closely with the wider Search department. You will be responsible for projects throughout their lifecycle, taking onboard input from senior members of the team.
The Candidate:
As this is a senior role within Crafted, we’re looking for an experienced advertising specialist, someone who has extensive experience running digital campaigns across at least one core discipline (search, social or display/video).
You will have experience delivering creative and effective online marketing campaigns on a medium to large scale. You’ll also have an analytical mind, able to perform technical and competitor audits and present them in a compelling way. It goes without saying that you’ll be an Excel wiz, using formulas and tables to organize data.
Google and other industry qualifications will be beneficial, across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics. Experience with Google Marketing Platform (or similar), Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing tools is also a plus.
You will be a role model for junior members of the team, setting an example, giving advice, and working together to achieve shared goals.
