Job Title: Junior Account Manager / Sales Support Executive
Location: Winnersh, Berkshire (home working options available after induction)
Salary: Realistic OTE of £27,000 rising to circa £33,000 in year two

About the Role:
We are looking for three Junior Account Managers / Sales Support Executives to join our small but successful training team to help organise communications training for some of the world’s largest brands.
Each Junior Account Manager / Sales Support Executive will be paired with one of our Senior Account Managers to work as a team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet all sales targets.
The successful candidates will be hungry to succeed with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
They will be expected to work closely with new and existing clients to understand their communication challenges and offer solutions through individually tailored training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting your Senior Account Manager with all client management duties to ensure outstanding customer service
- Organising meetings and phoning customers to discuss our new products and services
- Managing existing client training needs and winning new business
- Working with our operations team to ensure an excellent client experience
- Attending online and in-person meetings with clients to understand their requirements
- Writing tailored quotes, proposals, and reports
- Producing detailed pre-course briefing packs for our trainers
- Managing and reviewing course feedback and liaising with clients to ensure the quality of our work remains to the highest standards and continues to meet their needs
About you:
The right candidates will be highly organised and confident and capable communicators with an eye for detail. A background or keen interest in media, journalism or PR would be advantageous.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Relevant Account Management or Sales Support / Administration experience
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Organised, efficient and calm
- A great work ethic and a positive ‘can do’ outlook
- Confidence and self-motivation
- Amazing attention to detail
- Excellent IT literacy and confidence with computers (Word, Office 365 and Excel)
- Experience in using CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) would also be helpful
- A willingness to learn, be successful, and contribute to a busy but fun working environment
- A working knowledge or keen interest in media/PR and leadership/comms training
