Role Overview:
The Company is a global and fast expanding business and is now looking for a process safety specialist to provide expert advice to blue chip clients on improving understanding and mitigating the risks of process safety hazards.
Working closely with our in-house specialist testing laboratories to provide quality physico-chemical data on which to develop operational safety within plant. The candidate will be expected to undertake work and deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to technical safety challenges. Familiarity with DSEAR/ATEX assessments, Hazardous Area Classification (HAC), would be an advantage.
The successful candidates will be expected to meet critical client deadlines and be capable, effective communicators in both written and oral form. With 3+ years industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake Process Safety Projects and Training
- Support Business Development
- Technical discussion with Clients
- Technical scoping of projects
Skills / Knowledge and Experience:
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering
- Experience in Process Safety would be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills
- Good IT proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Essential Requirements:
- Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the EU
- Full clean UK driving license?
