Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,500 – £26,500 per annum, this role is part time or full time.
Job type: 24-32 hours per week part time or 40 hours per week full time- some evening and weekend work may be required.

We work with some World-famous brands, the majority of which are in the Motorsport industry however, we also supply products into the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries so as you can imagine quality is of the utmost importance. We have a specially kitted out workshop, one that you would be proud to work in which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. We are recruiting for lots of new team members due to huge growth within our order books.
Job Purpose:
To support the Sales team with administration duties using established processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
The Job
As Sales Administrator, you will be working within our busy Sales & Marketing team, ensuring accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function.
Main Duties:
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing team with administration and system maintenance updates.
- Ensure accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function using established. process and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver training to and maintain competence of sales administrators.
- Checking and processing all customer information and Purchase Orders within the necessary systems, ensuring accuracy is maintained.
- Raising credit notes, refunds, and new invoices for returned goods and incorrect payments where required.
- Liaising with scheduling and other departments to make sure the changes in the schedule are reflected on the system and relevant customers are advised.
- Support Finance team to ensure timely receipt of receivables and issue resolution.
- Input and processing of orders to incorporate all invoicing and shipping arrangements.
- Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls.
- Responding to general sales enquiries.
- Work with Sales & Marketing, and Purchasing teams to maintain BI and MA pricing with support from sales team members where required.
- During quieter periods, assisting the Senior Management Team and other areas of the business with administration support where required.
- General admin and support.
- Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
