Job Title: Project Sales Engineer
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

We have evolved to offer air conditioning and ventilation to homes and businesses across the south, specialising in keeping families comfortable all year round.
The Role:
Our first priority is always excellent customer service.
We have an immediate position open for an experienced and organised engineer from within the industry to come and take the Project Sales process on as their own. You will need a strong engineering and product understanding.
Experience in managing air conditioning project enquiries from initial contact through to the closing of the deal will be required.
The real performance indicators will be returning a healthy project profit, growing our client database and growing project department revenue.
The focus of this role is to meet the client’s demands by turning their enquiries into the necessary quotes quickly and accurately resulting in increased sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Progress project enquiries from new and existing clients by producing suitable proposals
- Communicate with the customer quickly and swiftly to understand their needs
- Hand over orders to ops team.
- Hold regular sales meetings with Managing Director and finance teams about results.
About you:
We would consider a strong junior candidate but industry experience, and strong IT and organisation skills are essential.
