Job Title: Autism Specialist Support Worker
Location: Folkestone & Cheriton (CT195AX, CT194PX, CT187BB)
Salary: £10.00-£13.50 per hour
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
- Day shift 8am-10pm on a shift pattern of 2 days on 4 days off (x10 positions available)
- Night shift 10pm-8am on a shift pattern of 3 nights on 3 nights off (x5 positions available)
About us:
Proactive Development is a small private organisation, we provide support to adults with a learning disability throughout Folkestone, Cheriton and 1 service in Densole.
Our supported living service is currently rated ‘Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission.
We are looking for Day & Night support workers who have experience in working with people with Autism to work in our supported living services.
We are a very active organisation and take part in a number of indoor and outdoor activities with our service users, and employ a specific day care coordinator who arranges a wide range of activities for people to choose from.
