We operate a full and simple Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) via a master trust, and we also offer professional trustee services for Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS).
About the role:
We are searching for a SIPP and SSAS Support Administrator with a can-do attitude to provide administration support for the SIPP and SSAS team, working hybrid within the Edinburgh office.
Key responsibilities:
Within this diverse role your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Opening the post and distribution to team members based in Edinburgh and Birmingham offices
- Completing SIPP and SSAS GAD reviews
- Setting up new business applications, to include opening bank accounts via the iSite platform, SIPP~Pro data inputting, sending transfer forms to other providers
- Liaising with regulators bodies where required, such as HMRC and The Pensions Regulation
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is an effective communicator and able to work flexibly and pro-actively to support others. The ability to organise and prioritise your own workloads, ensuring activities are undertaken in accurate and timely manner is also a necessity. Some knowledge of investments/life and pensions will be a benefit.
