We are the leading supplier of garden products to the trade in the UK. We have a diverse international customer base encompassing the UK and continental Europe. Our Head Office and showroom is in Abingdon, Oxfordshire with our warehouse hub in Peterborough.

Job Description:

To provide comprehensive office support for the Sales Administration Manager and Senior Sales Managers, including raising sale orders and credits entry; liaising with customers and sales personnel; customer listings; stock allocations; creating and maintaining price lists; producing sales figures for Key Sales Managers; helping to produce sales presentations;

Requirements:

  • Accurate and strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively to sales teams and customers.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel and Power Point; ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent all-round team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Administration Manager, with key tasks to support the sales administration team, reporting to the Head of Finance and Sales Administration (UK).
  • Raising Sales Orders
  • Supporting appointed Sales Managers and their customer requirements, including product forms and sales presentations.
  • Assist in allocation of stock across the business.
  • Help to collate and manage customer listings and promotions.
  • Maintaining customer price lists and customer database (including contact information).
  • Arranging for product samples as required for sales personnel and customers.
  • Accessing Pivot Tables and Supplying relevant data to Sales Managers.
  • Liaising with the warehouse.
  • Support with trade show admin.
  • Dealing with New Customer enquiries.
  • Providing general support for the sales team as required.
