Correll are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as a Procurement Administrator.
Specialising in the renewable energy sector, Correll are a global leader in the provision of engineering, installation and maintenance services – including High Voltage, Low Voltage & Fibre Optic Electrical Engineering, Control Room Asset Monitoring, HV Safety Rules, Construction Support and Service Operations and Maintenance.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting a busy procurement and warehouse department, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate a smooth and speedy turnaround in all aspects of purchasing.
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Sage 200 or similar software
- Strong MS office skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Obtaining quotations from preferred supplier listing
- Creation of Purchase Orders (PO’s)
- Expediting orders
- Recording of incoming goods received (GRN’s)
- Invoice queries
- Scanning and filing of delivery notes
- Dealing with any purchase order discrepancies
- Following up with outstanding orders
