Job Title: ABA/VB Tutor
Location: 46A Longridge Road, Kensington. (Primary Site) 11-14 Crown Street Acton (Secondary Site)
Salary: Salary range: £18,500 – £21,000 Depending on previous experience and qualifications.
Job type: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.00pm + Mandatory Training until 5.00 pm one day per week. Term Time Only.

Snowflake school is Ofsted Outstanding all through school with capacity for 42 pupils. Having recently opened our secondary site, we are expanding our team to continue our high-quality provision of 1:1 support for each pupil.

As a member of a team including TAs, Teachers, Therapists, and an ABA Supervisor, you will provide outstanding ABA/VB support to children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties. You will be based in a class of six pupils, working with pupils both individually and in small groups, delivering a personalised curriculum, and using techniques based on the principles of ABA/VB.
Job purpose
- To work under the instruction and guidance of the ABA/ VB Supervisor to assist with the management of pupils and undertake teaching and care for key pupils carrying out pupils’ support programme and enabling independence and access to learning for all.
- Promoting the ethos and aims of the school.
- To ensure that the ethos reflects the agreed aims, principles of learning and the policy on equal opportunities and thereby promote each pupil’s general progress and wellbeing.
