Operations Co-ordinator
Location: Stevenage, SG1 4QX.
Salary: Competitive.
Job type: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Full-time, Permanent.

The Role:
This role involves co-ordination to support the general business operations of the Company. This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent relations with all teams within the business to ensure adequate support is in place for the main service delivery of the Company. Responsibilities include co-ordination of the office building maintenance, the van fleet, stock materials and company owned equipment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and perform maintenance of the office building
- Co-ordinate vehicles used by the company
- Co-ordinate the yard area and store rooms, along with our storeman, ensuring
- Waste management of yard/office
- Stock Materials Management
- Issuing and maintaining PPE
- Co-ordination of owned Plant & Equipment
- Site Deliveries/Collections
- Undertake any training deemed necessary to fulfil the role or for operational needs of the company

Desirable
- COSHH awareness trained
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) qualified
- Fire Marshall trained
