The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us on a 10-month, Fixed Term Contract.
Working on all areas of the recruitment & selection process throughout the EMEA Region. Preparation of recruitment plans, establishing links with local providers through both traditional resourcing strategies and developing new and innovative approaches to attract the right calibre of applicants.
Responsibilities
- Working with the HR manager to develop and execute recruit plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, universities and employees.
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives within the confines of the recruitment budget and legislative compliance.
- Work with hiring managers to agree recruitment strategy
- Define the requirement and up-date the job description
- Facilitate the recruit and interviewing process for each open position from raising the requisition in ‘success factors’ to appointing the successful candidate
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within agreed time frames.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a source / pool of qualified candidates.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Establish a network of contacts.
Candidate Requirements
- Gained substantial experience of working as a recruiter (Preferably within a Software technology-based sector)
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- PC Literate – Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software Packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
- Good Presentational Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
