Job Title: Administrator
Location: Abingdon, near Milton Park
Salary: £20000 – £25000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

We are looking for an attentive and customer focused individual to join our Administration team and support the smooth running of our Logistics operation.
To be successful in this role you will be confident learning new processes and work with high levels of attention to detail. You will be motivated by providing a quality service to both customers and colleagues, be able to prioritise your workload and reprioritise when urgent issues arise. Full training will be provided.
About the role:
- Schedule deliveries to distribute workflow throughout the day
- Daily communication with customers and their suppliers
- Process orders and documentation for stock movements
- Process import and export documentation
- Assist with stock counts
About you:
- Administration experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Customer focused attitude
- Good general IT skills
- A good command of the English language
