Job Title: Field Service Engineer/Technician
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25k (OTE £30k)
Job Type: 40hrs p/w (+bonus for extra hours)
Established for over 20 years this company provide maintenance, repair and installation services for specialist health and medical equipment to sites across the UK.
About the role:
In this role you will be covering primarily Southwest and South Wales area and occasionally covering the UK as when needed.
You will be required to do basic fault finding this would typically involve a board exchange, setting up a network connection, routine service and maintenance of equipment calibration and PAT testing whilst also installing machines.
This role would therefore suit an individual with an Electrical or Electronic background who is looking for the chance to train as a Service Engineer with an industry leading company.
- Ensure that all your targets and KPI’s are met and jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Project a professional image of yourself with customer service at the forefront.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Can work under pressure.

- Maintenance, Service & Installation on specialist machinery.
- Managing your own area.
- Early starts required (occasional night outs paid at an enhanced rate)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Some Electrical or Electronic experience.
- Strong ‘hands on skills’.
- Ideally some IT experience with networking/integration.
- Flexible and willing to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Lives around Bristol and happy to travel.
