Job Title: Data Administrator and Systems Coordinator

Job Type: 17.5 hrs per week – Term-time only

The Role
Co-ordinate and administer the efficient running of the College and Prep School’s academic information management systems (ISAMS) and reporting and assessment processes, in order to drive forward the mission statement of both the College and the Prep School.
Responsibilities include
- Maintain the Management Information System (ISAMS) for both the College and Prep School, including the annual rollover process for setting up the new school year.
- Assist the Data Manager with data input and analysis.
- Co-ordinate the integration and ongoing development of relevant data, processes and procedures into the School’s existing information management infrastructure (systems include but are not limited to: testing and student assessment systems, CEM, ISAMS and 4 Matrix).
- Assist the Data Manager, teaching and support staff, as requested.
- Attend meetings with the Senior Leadership Team and others as required.
- Organise and prioritise the processing of assessment data in line with the College calendar to ensure the timely flow of relevant information.
Ideal candidate
- Good general standard of education with qualifications to at least a GCSE Level standard or equivalent.
- Have excellent statistical and analytical skills.
- Have a strong eye for detail and accurate data input.
- Have excellent knowledge of software used in analysing and presenting data, particularly Excel, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and database management systems.
- Be adept at communicating data and analysis to colleagues from non-technical backgrounds.
