Job Title: Service Manager
Salary: Salary £40 – £50k depending on experience

We are ready for an experienced and organised manager from within the industry to come and take the service department on as their own.

ProtoCool has been trading for 15+ years and our service department is attracting an overwhelming amount of work. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is at our core and you will know what it takes to build on the current successes and take this department to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries from new and existing clients
- Communicate with our engineers and clients through-out the day, monitoring work progress
- Work with our internal teams and project department to manage and co-ordinate schedules
- Provide estimates for remedial works
- Work with our paperless operation system to keep job information up to date and organised
- Sign off engineer’s job sheets
- Recruit new staff as and when the department requires
About you:
You will need a strong engineering background and a proven track record of managing the engineers schedules, dealing with the clients demands and turning around the associated quotes quickly.
Everyone is different and we are happy to discuss the details of this package to make this work for the right person. We would consider a strong junior candidate but industry experience, IT and organisation skills are essential.
