Job Title: Luxury Car Dealership Executive Assistant (PA)
Location: Chelmsford, CM1 3BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

The role:
This role will report and work directly with the executive team, made up of one MD and two Directors. This role will include diary management, organization, administrative tasks and independent projects.
This exciting and varied role will include duties of:
- Manage Director’s electronic diaries, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Work closely with the Directors to process correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director or on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain Directors office systems, including data management and filing.
- Liaise on behalf of the Directors with other members of staff regarding meetings, correspondence and projects.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Assist Directors in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Directors responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up actions.
- Produce documents, meeting papers, reports and presentations for the Directors.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Supervise all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Directors.
The Candidate:
You will be a self-starter and resourceful, capable of using your own initiative whilst working without supervision. A motivated, proactive, adaptable and hardworking individual, you will competently prioritise your time and delegate when required.
Excellent communication skills are fundamental to the role.
- A minimum of 2 years PA/Executive assistant experience necessary.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience in diary management.
- MS office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
