Do you have great problem-solving skills and a strong customer service focus?
Are you able to learn new skills to be able to support vulnerable people with their finances or money issues?
If so, we have a number of vacancies that could be perfect for you!
Our Client Services team is responsible for delivering a wide range of support functions aimed at helping people with financial challenges. We have a variety of roles open across the team at the moment, all of which will involve dealing with members of the public, understanding and investigating queries, and resolving issues. Some of the roles will include providing more detailed advice, and/or dealing with more complex issues.
We are looking for people with a strong customer service focus to join the team.
Full training will be given, but previous experience working in a customer facing role would be beneficial, as would any exposure to supporting vulnerable people.
We’ve deliberately not included job descriptions at this stage, as we have a number of different roles open, with pay ranging from £20,444 to £27,514. We are considering applicants for all roles simultaneously, and will look to have an informal discussion initially, to find out which position(s) might be the best fit for you. Following that, if you’re still keen, we’ll send you the appropriate job description(s) before progressing any further.
If you’re interested in applying, please include your CV and a supporting statement / cover letter that outlines your customer support / customer service experience to date.
We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements including working from home for part of the week, and we’re happy to consider applications on a full time or part time basis. At this stage roles are being offered on a fixed term contract basis for one year, but there’s a good chance they may become permanent roles in the future. If you’re still reading, and you think you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you.
We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people. Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
