About you:
You will have previously worked as a contracts manager with several years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry. You will be detail-oriented with commercial awareness and an ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment. You must hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate. You must have the right to work in the UK.
The role:
You will manage the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximising financial and operational performance and minimising risk.
- Manage contracts made with customers, vendors, or partners
- Negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts
- Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions
- Documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during contract implementation or execution
