The Role:
We are actively looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our business based in Washington Tyne & Wear. Reporting into the Contracts Director you will responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the main contractor.
- Liaising with the sub-contracting and fitting team.
- Establish a program and timeframe for teams to be on site.
- Managing multiple projects at any given time.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
- Have on site progress meetings if and when needed.
- Liaise with quantity surveyors.
- Plan and schedule teams to be on projects.
- Advise on progress meetings.
- Making sure all final accounts are variations are dealt with in a professional manner.
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the fenestration/window industry.
- Ability to coordinate fitting teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to responsibility and make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to build rapport and work independently or as part of a team.
