Job Title: Senior Quarry Operative

The role
We’re looking for someone to join our small team carrying out quarrying operations based near Matlock in Derbyshire. You will be working on the extraction of blockstone at a dimensional stone quarry in Peak District National Park.
The Candidate
You must have experience in :
- mobile plant operator competence essential – excavator, ADT & Loading Shovel.
Knowledge of shotfiring operations preferred although training can be provided to a suitable candidate
Knowledge of quarries health safety and environmental legislation preferred
Please note; You MUST be able to reliably travel daily to DE4 2BN.
Due to the nature of the role, no sponsorship or relocation packages will be available for this position and so candidates must be eligible to both live and work in the UK to be considered.
