Job Title: Sales Executive / Consultant (PPE Workwear)

Salary: Up to £21,000 per annum, OTE – Up to £35,000

The role:
We are looking to bring on board a Telesales Executive/Account Manager to maintain and grow our customer base in order to increase sales for our workwear and PPE products. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident with cold calling prospective customers and have an excellent, friendly telephone manner with strong resilience and tenacity.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Cold calling and contacting prospective customers to generate new B2B leads
- Expanding our customer base to acquire new business
- Upselling where possible to existing customers
- Organising call-backs and updating the CRM system.
- Researching and contacting organisations to source potential new customers.
- Grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors, as required.
The Candidate:
- Must have a proven track record in telesales or field sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority.
- Ambitious and persistent.
- Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets.
- Articulate, confident communicator with presentation skills.
- Thrive in a pressurised, sales-driven environment.
- Commercial knowledge to analyse market data and identify new opportunities.
- Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative.
