Job Title: Facilities Operative
Location: Blackheath, London, SE3 0PW.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent, Full-Time – 39 hours per week

About the role:
This is a hybrid role that requires to carry out a mixture of routine and ad hoc light maintenance, porterage, cleaning, gardening services in and around our properties in a safe, timely and efficient manner. This role will involve facing customers and therefore a good command of the English language and excellent customer service skills are essential.
