Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Congleton, CW12 1UW
Salary: £10.90 to £11.35 per hour depending on shift pattern.
Job type: Full time, 12-hour shifts (an average of 36 hours a week). Shifts run days and nights Monday – Friday on a 5 week rotating shift pattern.
Fine Decor Wallcoverings Ltd is a leading Wallcoverings and Décor products supplier based in Congleton, Cheshire and part of the Brewster group whose offices are in Boston, USA.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (an Ancillary role) that will report to the Production Supervisor and help support the Production Team. The successful candidate will have work experience in a similar role and be able to start asap.
Key Requirements:
Working within the Production Department this role is responsible for ensuring the product quality consistently meets & exceeds customer specifications and production targets are consistently met by focusing on continual process improvement.
The Candidate:
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- PPT/FLT/Bendi license would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise daily tasks to maintain efficiency and housekeeping standards
