Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum OTE-£40,000 (Uncapped)

Job type: Full Time, Hybrid Working

We are a leading Corporate Performance Management Software and Solution Consultancy with a combined 100 years’ experience.

We work with finance professionals and departments to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and capability. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider with a high growth ambition and success in both Managed Services and Consulting.

The Candidate:

  • Articulate, with strong written & verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships
  • A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be it prospective clients, colleagues or managers
  • An interest or affinity with the Tech industry whether that be following large tech corporations such as Microsoft, social gaming or building computers in your spare time.
  • A can-do, positive mindset
  • Have the flexibility to thrive in a scale-up, high growth environment where things change at the drop of a hat!
  • Accountable for your actions and input on a day-to-day basis

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of lead chasing, cold-calls, emails, social selling, networking and independent research
  • Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across HAYNE and externally with our prospective clients
  • Engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors across all sectors
  • Lead conversations with prospects to unearth challenges, gain an understanding of upcoming projects and their digital roadmaps for the coming year
  • Striving to learn on a day-to-day basis, as well as providing mentorship to those in your team and around you
  • Delivering a World Class Customer Service at every touchpoint of the sales process, adhering to best practice at all times
  • Work with the wider sales team to manage sales pipeline, maintaining impeccable administration and ensuring your activity is kept up to date in MS Dynamics, our CRM
  • Continually act as an ambassador for HAYNE Solutions and HAYNE Cloud
  • Add value to other areas of the business! You have the opportunity to bring your interests and passions outside of your professional life to the role – whether it be sport, Diversity & Inclusion or Corporate Social Responsibility
