Salary: £45k – £52k ‘Market Supplement of £3,000 pa, plus one off Recruitment Payment of £5,000 and the Relocation Package’

We have a superb chance for someone to lead our in-house building services team in a varied and challenging role that’s different to many comparable roles at this level.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high quality building surveying and repair maintenance programmes across our property portfolio.
- Managing the Building Services team and mentoring APC candidates as required.
- Ensuring our built assets are well maintained, and are fully compliant with regulations.
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are a chartered Building Surveyor with a detailed understanding of building services technology, including maintenance, repair, procurement of services and replacement techniques.
- Have a proven track record in procurement, managing projects to successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Are a flexible team player, used to working closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines.
- Are driven, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a permanent, full-time post and you will need to have a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes. A Relocation Package is available.
