Collingwood Learning is an award-winning creative education company based in West Yorkshire. We run Smashed, an award-winning live and online education project that will reach 10m young people around the world by 2030.
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen in our team for an Online Projects Manager, with specific responsibility for supporting the production and rollout of Smashed Online, our e-learning package. Currently delivered in 20 countries in multiple languages, the Online Projects Manager will co-ordinate the development of new international versions and support the promotion and delivery of the course by partners in-country. They will manage a rigorous quality assurance process with our international partners for external auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the production process for up to 10 international versions of Smashed Online annually. Including;
- Building strong working relationships with key partners including UK providers, sponsors, and in-country delivery partners
- Working with partners to maintain and enforce each production timeline, receiving and sharing content, problem solving, and information sharing
- Oversee the adaptation and translation of project content and gather critical sign offs from partners
- Working with in-country delivery partners to ensure pre-production requirements have been met and approved
- Monitoring the filming and editing process including garnering partner feedback and sign off
- Liaising with our e-learning partner and Diageo on each course build in the UK
- Manage the testing of each new course and garnering required feedback and sign off
- Represent Collingwood by quality assuring and providing feedback on each production process (adaptation, pre-production, film, course)
- Co-ordinating creative feedback from within Collingwood and offering
Manage the quality assurance process for each Smashed Online programme during production. Including;
- Curation of evidence the process (key documents, feedback sheets, timelines etc) has been followed throughout
- Enforcing each step of the production process is completed before moving on, with evidence gathered
- Working closely with partners to ensure the timeline is maintained or adjusted according to need
- Building a library of documentary evidence for scrutiny by external auditors
Implement and manage client and delivery partner rollout strategy for Smashed Online in-country. Including;
- Brief international partners on key rollout strategies, using a range of training resources and colleague input
- Monitor impact and effectiveness of strategies and continue to support and advise partners on an ongoing basis
- Develop training resources / presentations to support practise improvements across our range of partners
- Build a library of documentary evidence for scrutiny by external auditors
- Work with our e-learning development partners to feedback potential improvements to Smashed Online and support any implementation
Person Specification:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual with project management experience and possibly from a creative industry background. Highly organised, the individual will be a strong communicator – face to face and on video calls – used to working with multiple stakeholders across many countries.
Possible Areas of experience:

- Creative / online / film industry background
- Presenting and developing presentation and training content
- Confident communicator and comfortable with international video calls
- Use of Microsoft Teams

- Salary 35k negotiable
- Bonus 5% percent on achieving company growth target
