About the role:
Fancy a varied role filming some of the biggest brands in the country, shooting marketing videos and managing, filming and producing livestreaming events from our TV and radio studios?
We are looking for an experienced camera operator / digital editor / content creator to join our brilliant team providing communication training for 40 of the FTSE 100.
We need someone who can play a crucial role in the delivery of our training courses (by filming them) and who can help deliver live streaming events from our brand-new studios in Winnersh, Berkshire.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with extensive experience of working in studios and on outside broadcasts.
You must have a good understanding of live streaming, including setting up, broadcasting and managing multi-cameras (Blackmagic and PTZ) and other inputs (Zoom etc) for live streaming events.
Audio and video editing capabilities are also essential. Ideally using Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro, Photoshop and experience of motion graphic software such as After Effects would be handy too.
And because we deliver training throughout the country, you’ll need to be happy to travel.

Roles:
- Camera operator on our training courses.
- Setting up and managing the Blackmagic and PTZ cameras for live streaming webinars and training courses.
- Uploading course videos to our secure system.
- Producing attention-grabbing social media content.
- Filming, editing and producing video for our courses and marketing team.
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience as a camera operator/editor/technician/TV/studio manager, producer or similar.
- Hands on experience of audio and video and editing and post production techniques such as colour grading.
- Experience of running multi-camera livestream events and livestreaming software (OBS or similar)
- Experienced of setting up and using Blackmagic, ATEM and PTZ cameras in a studio environment.
- Experience of shooting off site and outside (largely talking heads).
- Full clean UK driver’s license.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Creating explainer videos using 2D, 3D and whiteboard videos (using software such as Createstudio, Vyond or similar)
- Creating social media content – short, snappy videos, animations
- Any experience or involvement in producing online courses or video assets for online training courses would also be handy.
