Job Description
As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the Office Manager to provide an exceptional service in sales administration, logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated, organised, accurate and willing to assist in all tasks required in a small company. Tasks are varied and include creating sample packs, packing orders, printing and binding manuals, maintaining excel databases, testing equipment, booking in UK shipments and ordering office supplies. Attention to detail and multi-tasking are important aspects of the job, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Applicants should be educated to A level standard or have some relevant work experience. Ideally experience will include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, courier shipments and Quickbooks data entry. Training can be provided for the right person.
