Salary: £30,000-£50,000 + OTE

The role:
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high quality data integrations. You will work alongside the Senior Implementation and Technology Consult to build, develop new integration solutions, and maintain existing integrations while adhering to company policies and industry accepted best practices.
A high level of customer service is essential for our clients who range in size from small independent businesses to multi-nationals, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Key results area:
- Onboard new clients in a timely and efficient manner and keep relevant parties up to date on your progress.
- Efficiently implement and maintain customer database extractions to ensure the Service utilizes up to date customer data.
- Complete tasks/tickets/requests accurately and within a timely manner to fulfil client needs.
- Quickly and clearly investigate data anomalies leading to root cause analysis of given scenarios.
- Innovate, create, and identify solutions that benefit all involved.
- Collaboration with wider teams to ensure best practice and solutions are fit for purpose
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Assist teams like presales and technical support teams with data related questions.
- Assist clients with data extract questions via phone and email.
- Ensure tickets are responded to in a timely manner.
- Telephone calls with customers and colleagues.
- Involve other Teams, when necessary, to deliver the best possible service.
Working relationships include:
- Customers, and third-party software providers – Some of which are based in the US meaning flexibility and support will occasionally be needed outside of core UK business hours.
- Colleagues from: Customer Success, Development, Sales, Support, TechOps, Data Ops.
