Job title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Salary: Depending on experience.
Job type: Full time. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (approx. 40 hours per week) – but flexibility maybe required occasionally.
The Role/Company:
We are looking for a full-time General Builder /Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople.
We are based in North Birmingham, but you will be required to work in different areas within Birmingham within a 30-mile radius.
Our customer base is mainly NHS Trusts, Hospitals, Educational Establishments, Letting Agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do friendly attitude, punctual and is well presented. Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.
A driver’s licence, own transport and own tools are essential.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have worked in the building trade for at least 3 years, ideally hold a relevant qualification and have experience in some of the following:
- General building works
- Plastering/Rendering
- Brick laying
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Property repair and maintenance
- Plumbing
