Job Title: Senior Administrator – Utilities

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours p/w. Permanent

Bruton Knowles LLP is an independently owned Chartered Surveying practice who provide a comprehensive range of surveying and property services.

The Position:

We are currently looking to appoint a full-time Senior Administrator on a permanent basis to provide administrative support to the Utilities & Infrastructure Team. The position is based in the North Bristol office, a portion of work can be based at home.

Main Responsibilities, Tasks and Key Duties:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management.
  • To assist with admin duties including; typing some documents, formatting, filing, collating, binding documents, record phone calls, enquiries and requests.
  • To assist with sending out large-scale mailshots
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing, franking.
  • To assist in production of all invoices.
  • To ensure that schedules for key clients are updated and circulated regularly.
  • To co-ordinate and assist with survey access and maintaining records for clients.
  • To cover reception as and when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a busy team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
