Our Home Care Workers are responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and practical support to our residents living at our Blackheath site. As a Home Care Worker, you will help with personal care, domestic help, emotional support and provide general assistance with other tasks, such as shopping, medication, and mobility. You will assist in providing day to day support which is compassionate, empathetic and responsive to individual needs and in accordance with Morden College policies and procedures and the principles of best practice.

  4. To promote the mental and physical wellbeing of individuals to maximise their independence and opportunities for meaningful engagement.
  5. To update and maintain accurate care records, upholding good clinical and care governance practice.
  6. To act as a link between the resident and other Morden College Services, reporting any improvement or deterioration in the resident’s circumstances and any general problems that may arise.
