Job Title: Event/Festival Security
Location: Manchester
Salary: £10.65 to £14.00+ p/h
Job type: Permanent, Full time, Part time.
The Role:
We are looking for SIA Door Supervisor to undertake varying roles over the up-and-coming event season (May – September) and to continue working for us after this period at events at Manchester City Football Clubs, the AO Arena and various other events.
You will be required to work at locations nationwide (only our head office is based in Manchester).
Our remit over the event season is to provide staff at festivals (both camping and non-camping), various concerts and local events, to give you a brief feel for the work we undertake, I have listed a few below:
- Non – Camping.
- Neighbourhood Festival, Parklife, Ed Sheeran, Robbie Williams, Liam Gallagher, Greenday, Tramlines and Jackie Abbot / Paul Heaton.
- Camping
- Junction 2, Love Supreme, Nocturn, Lost Village, Sundown.
- We have other events and some more potential work in the pipeline to supplement the above.
Free transport, welfare and food is of course provided.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and Break Security.
- Entrance Gates.
- Searches.
- Stage Supervision.
- Security of Artist/Production Areas.
- Response Teams.
- Campsite Patrols.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Common Sense.
- Customer Service.
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Presentable
- Ability to understand and follow clear instruction.
- Hard Working, with a good command of the English language.

- The pay starts from £10.65 p/h (plus shift bonuses) for inexperienced crew and can go up to £14+ an hour based on experience.

Additional Requirements:
- This role requires being able to work at locations spanning the nation as these festivals are in varied locations within England/UK.
- All staff will be vetted to the industry standard BS7858 Checks.
- Right to work in the UK, Identity, Proof of Address, 5-year checkable work history (any unemployment gaps are fine and can be verified via yourselves or HMRC) SIA License Check. A full list of documents required will be provided once an interview is confirmed.
