Job Title: Administrator

Location: Bristol

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 DOE

Job type: Full Time, Permanent.

The role

Bristol Sport Foundation is looking for an administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in an award-winning charity by supporting a growing team of coaches and staff to deliver life-changing programmes and services for some of the most disadvantaged communities of Greater Bristol. This role is 37.5 per week. Weekdays from 9am – 5pm.

Job role includes

  • Managing incoming calls and resolving answerphone messages and assisting in the booking and upselling of BSF products through the online booking system.
  • Capture and manage monitoring & evaluation data such as online registers.
  • General administrative support to BSF staff as and when required.
  • Ensuring all community coaches have access/copies of all paperwork/files required in the delivery of their duties.
  • Operating Human Resource processes.
  • Minute taking.
  • Stationery and delivery equipment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience of onboarding new employees and managing minimum standards criteria
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Passionate about the role that sport and physical activity can play in positively affecting young people lives
  • Experience of using online Client Relationship Management systems (Desirable)
  • Experience of sport development (including processing Disclosure & Barring Service clearances) (Desirable)
  • A willingness and ability to take on new responsibilities as necessary
