Job title: Building Services CAD Technician
Report to: Engineering Manager
Location: Atherton, Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent, Full Time

A proactive self-starter who enjoys working as part of a wider team. You will contribute throughout the full project life cycle, working with the Projects and Engineering teams in delivery of market leading solutions.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Contribute to the initial design concepts, supporting delivery throughout the full project life cycle.
- Responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the drawing process
- Draft and prepare schematic and layout drawings of installations, showing components and devices as per specifications
- Amend and re-issue layout drawings, ensuring correct revisions are noted
- Ensure drawing registers are kept up to date and issued to relevant personnel
- Compile O&M Manuals as required/instructed
- Ensure effective communications within the engineering and project teams and the wider Ascot Services departments
The Candidate:
- Four years minimum CAD experience within a building services environment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC/Fabric).
- Great communication skills
- Very well organised
- Team player
