Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Operator
Location: Haslingden
Salary: £24,000 to £25,168 per year.

The role:
To assist in the efficient and effective running of the various Warehouse functions, and to give continuity and support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental Procedures and Regulations
- Meet production targets and customer deadlines
- Complete daily checks
- Follow SWP’s
- Completes required production paperwork
The Person
- Ability to work flexible hours on a continental shift pattern working through days, nights, as well as weekend work on certain patterns.
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure
- A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good practical skills
Knowledge, Training and Experience required
- Experienced warehouse operatives ideally with counterbalance licences
- Ideally somebody with experience of working in a busy warehouse environment across multiple sites.
- Somebody who is flexible & who will help to support the business deliver a high-quality customer service
- Health & Safety and Quality Awareness
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping
Benefits:
- Overtime rates of 1.333 for midweek shifts days, 1.466 for midweek nights, 1.500 weekend day shifts, and 1.650 for weekend nights (Fri & Sat).
- Weekend shift allowance of 1.5 on basic pay for basic hours worked Friday night to Sunday day inclusive
- You will be paid weekly each Friday
- Continental 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights (including weekends), hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38.5-hour,
