The Company:
Tradecast Building Services are a multi trade contractor based just outside Glasgow. We carryout works across Scotland and have been doing so for over 20 years. We work on behalf of many of the major house builders and housing associations, as well as numerous other domestic and commercial clients. We pride ourselves in delivering quality work consistently and this can be seen by the repeat business we get from many of our clients.
The Position:
- The Company is looking for a painter/decorator who is proactive, able to follow the identified systems of work; and willing to follow instructions as set out by a Contract Manager and ensure quality work.
- Someone with a positive attitude and sense of humour, who will always be professional and courteous.
- You must be a team player who embraces challenges, and manages highs and lows with equal enthusiasm;
Experience:
- Proven experience of delivering quality work on project sites
- Experience of working with other operatives, dealing with residents and following instruction as per a client’s specification of works
- Ability to work functionally
Must have a full UK driving license
