Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Implementation/Project engineer to join our Technical Services centre. This is a Hybrid working role based between Wooburn Green, home and customer site.
About the role:
The successful candidate will have considerable practical IT experience ideally with an MSP environment, will be able to work independently and as part of a team, be people focused and be a creative problem solver.
The role will encompass both support and varied project implementations including server upgrades and refreshes, Office moves, Onboarding of new clients, Site surveys, Microsoft 365 Migrations to building hybrid Azure and on-premise solutions including appliance and hosted security implementations.
Applicants for the role will undergo a full enhanced DBS check. There will be travel to other sites, so applicants must hold a full clean driving license, travelling expenses will be reimbursed or a vehicle will be provided.

- Ability to take a problem outside of their knowledge and aim to resolve or draw on resource to ensure resolution
Desirable Skills:
- Office 365 Administration & support (experience of migration projects a benefit)
- General IT Administration and Support of both Desktop and Servers across Windows & Mac OS operating systems
- LAN, VLAN and WLAN Networking Skills
- Firewall Administration / Troubleshooting
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Technologies
- Remote Desktop and Thin Client Technologies Virtualisation
- Administration and Support (DaaS/ VMWare / Hyper-V) Active Directory / Group Policy
